FOLLOWING THE MONEY: A Look at Jewish Foundation Giving
Accusations of genocidal Jewish racism have become a staple of anti-Israel
protest on campus and for Jewish students, these charges hit closer to home
than many might expect. The irony of the racism accusation on campus is that
young Jews are firmly committed to the global world in which they live. They
embrace a world with permeable boundaries, multiple compatible identities
and vibrant diversity, as do most young Americans. It is no wonder that
Jewish students are committed to an expansive, inclusive and colorful vision
of the world. Many are raised in homes that already reflect the world they
want to see.
